Details of the New “Phone Number Change” Feature

Previously, it was not possible to change the phone number registered with Pi Network. However, with this update,users who registered with an incorrect phone number or who have registered a phone number they are no longer usingcan easily correct it.

Phone Number Change Procedure

The following are the specific steps to change your phone number:

1. Click the menu bar in the upper left corner of the app screen.
2. Select Profile.
3. In the “Account Verification” section, find the “Phone Number” item.
4. Click the “Change” button.
5. Select your country code and enter your new phone number.
6. After entering, press the “Confirm” button to complete.

Note:Your new phone number must be able toreceive SMS. This is required to receive the OTP (One-Time Password).

Other Account Update Features

In this update, in addition to the phone number, you can also update the following information:

• Email Address Update:Can be used if you registered with an incorrect email address or want to change to a new email address.
• Password Update:Changing to a new password is recommended for improved security.

You can apply for KYC by following these steps:

1. Access the KYC application page within the Pi Network app.
