An announcement about the Pi Chain Mall update was made on Twitter.
We have upgraded a new version for Pi Chain Mall, update details as below:
1. Pi balance calibration

We have upgraded a new version for Pi Chain Mall, update details as below:
1. Pi balance calibration
2. Order status missing issue
3. Previous pending refund orders
4. Enable user to apply for customer service portal
5. Arbitration envolvement by PCM customer service platform.
The purchase function has been reopened. All the missing order had been refunded to user’s PCM wallet. Withdraw function will be released if all these orders have no further issue.

Please note that after the current system update, merchants need to pay attention to the new policy. Since there is no deposit to guarantee the barter quality, we will add an extra 7-days countdown after the product is manually signed or automatically signed. After 7 days, if there is no dispute and after-sales service is completed, the Pi amount will released to your account for withdrawal.
For example, after the merchant delivers the goods, the logistics system shows that the products has been received for 3 days, but the buyer didn’t manually confirm the order, then the seller need to wait for 14 days for automatically confirmation, and an additional 7 days to guarantee after-sales service. Therefore, it will be 14+7 days for auto-confirmation count down until withdrawal is possible.
If the buyer received the delivery and manually confirmed the order, the Pi amount of the order will released to seller’s account within 7 days if there’s no dispute within this period.
